Coach Christina is a graduate from the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) and from the ACE Health Coach Certification.
Her Wellness path started in 1978 with attending Bowdoin College (Chemistry), obtaining her B.A. and later M.Sc. in Pharmacology (University of Rhode Island) and a PhD in Pharmacology (TexasTech University).
From 1987, Chris was teaching medical and allied health students at the University of Alberta and she counselled and mentored students as a graduate advisor.
During 2000-2001 Chris was coaching Clients with weight problems in the Elk Island Medical and Wellness Clinic in Lamont, AB, and from 2002 to 2007 in the Harmony Medical Institute in Edmonton, AB.
She has a lot of experience with menopausal issues, retirement blues, stress management, and guiding Clients with weight issues.
As a Professor Emeritus of University of Alberta she decided to pursue her dream of working in Health and Wellness Coaching.
She specializes in helping women who are recently or about to be retired adjust to their "new normal".
